North Lakes Chamber of Commerce in conjunction with LA Partners Accountants hosted Phillip Di Bella at the North Lakes Golf Club for the Chamber's monthly breakfast in hearing Phillip Di Bella talk and inspire business owners. Hearing Phillip talk about his journey from start up in 2002 with $5,000, growing his Di Bella Coffee business and then selling it to an ASX listed Australian company.

Knowing Phillip before his started his business and seeing him on his journey has always provided an inspirational story when we work with business owners on their Business Strategic Plan as their Strategic Accountant.

Phillip’s passion for business and his commitment to share some of his gems with other business owners is always very inspiring. Again when I asked Phillip to speak and share his gems with the North Lakes/Moreton Bay Region business community at the North Lakes Chamber of Commerce breakfast, he was excited to share his knowledge, journey and discuss what problems business owners are trying to solve.

One of the key critical gems to take away from the session, “Emotional Engagement” with people will take your business a long way. Phillip has a book that talks more about this “Emotional Intelligence”. Great read.
